Removed Disaster Thread Forum

Just in case anyone watched that forum, I have removed the Disaster reporting forum. I discovered that the RSS feed had been hacked (on their site) populating the daily feed pulls with spam.

Since the view count was very low, and the RSS feed was broken, I simply removed it. Was taking up a lot of thread memory for little return.

Yeah. I pruned 42,000 + posts when I cleaned that out.
