You're welcome. I am working on programming a search page that resembles the old SMF latest posts page. Essentially a page that not only shows the latest threads but one that alos gives you the post itself. I used to find that page immensely useful.
Only problem is I am getting my ass kicked on it - Lol.
It appears that the search results are trimmed in some obscure view so while I can get it to work, it only shows the first couple hundreds characters of the post.
Sigh.... not giving up yet though :-)

Ok - on the default forum only you will see a new choice that appears right next to 24 hrs. It's call Full Text.
It changes the search result so that you see some (not all yet... still trying on that) of the posted text in your search results.
Will be working on expanding that shortly.

I lied... I added it to the mushrooms style just now.
That way it will be easier when I figure out how to expand the text to the full amount :-)
tada... the full text search shows the text (up to 10,000 characters).
now you can search on just threads or see the full text if you want.

I will eventually see if I can get the quoting into those results as well. I am just thrilled to get that working. This was something I tried to do years ago, but never could quite get it.
When I finally found the right function buried in the code today I knew I had it :-)
