As far as I know anyone can register. Alex has to approve the registration, so you might PM him the username once they do the registration. I'm guessing he watches for certain IPs of our past well known trolls, known bots, etc, to not approve those.
yep.. spot on. Just let me know username after its done as we get a ton of bots and I am always behind filtering them all out.

been watching since I added the new members a week ago or so.
No new registrations and nobody waiting.
Just in case there is any perception of a long list that I havent gotten to :-P
