Imma doomer. This is my first foray into forum-ing since "the crash" of latoc.

So how's everyone? I'm bloody exhausted after taming my new sons (they're 5)
full time all week.

My husband and I found a home we like and are starting the purchase process.
It'd kind of a semi urban doomstead, built some 30 years ago. Keep your fingers
crossed.

Yeah ... you were there when I first joined LATOC and I always fancied your humorous posts.

Am I feeling the love or what? Big HUgs

So it's Sunday morning here. I slept so darned good last night.
(#1 tonight). Work is slow on the weekends. I snuck my computer
in, and skyped with my oldest daughter who's living in Sydney
for a year. And now I have playtime. Woohoo.

I faxed the offer over to our realtor. She's a lovely woman that we
inherited from his ex.

The house sits at a very good location, near his work, mine and my younger
daughter's work. 5 bedrooms. (I get my own doom room!!!) 3 baths (Who's gonna
clean those?) A very fine kitchen. a mancave, a playroom. an office for me.
a 3 car garage. a stockcade like fenced in backyard (sanity/the 5 year olds love it).
It sits on a cul de sac, so no one gets run over. It was built in the 70's, so no
wallboard from China. It sits next to a vacant lot (helloe extra gardening space
and woodpile). The house has been well maintained. it feels and looks solid.
