Getting a big, red, honking warning page from Opera browser when I click on breaking

Getting a big, red, honking warning page from Opera browser when I click on breaking news forum -
    something about malicious content(?)/links(?)

    http://forums.silentcountry.com/foru...-Breaking-News

Had the same thing the other day when clicking on the H&A forum.

This makes 2 times in about 3 days, on 2 different forums.
H&A is OK right now. Never had this happen before.

Any ideas/guesses as to what's causing this?

I've checked the server and the code...

nothing I can see is amiss.

    Anyone else see this?

Keep in mind, this is using Opera browser, which I've used for years here, with no problems or warnings.

@DS and Kate: Have you done a Opera update lately? Perhaps they have added a "security feature" that flags SilCo as potentially dangerous for whatever reason.

    Tinfoil on

Is SilCo being monitored or feeding a database?
Do some members know this? The ratio of 'guests' to members on SilCo has gone way up lately.

    Tinfoil off

I have always said, we have been more informed and ahead when it comes to trends than most. Would not surprise me if some letter agency monitors our posts/comments/observations and reports it as their intelligence work, taking credit for our inputs.

In another thread I commented that if you are on this site (SilCo) you are far from being the average American.
Likely you are more aware, informed, and possess more critical thinking skills than the average American.

Sounds more like Opera putting some "feature" in to block/alert based on some list of "fake news sites".

Hopefully other browsers don't follow suit.

Not knowingly/manually. My laptop is set to do Windoze updates automatically during the wee hours of the morning when I'm not using it, but don't think/know if Opera updates are included. My Kaspersky internet security software is also set to update automatically, as well as to do scans in the wee hours.
